Items ordered before 1pm on business days will be dispatched on the same day.

For delivery in the UK we aim to have your products to you in 2 working days from dispatch, your product will be dispatched from our warehouse in Edinburgh.

For the EU we are dispatching orders from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. Deliveries may take up to 5 days. 

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the performance of D/2 Biological Solution return your product to your dispatching office within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
